Luciana Paoluzzi grew up living in Rome along with her family. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian Army officer. Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mother is an ex-love interest with Benito Mussolini. There is no information available on having siblings. Luciana was a student at an elementary school in the area before going at the Scientific Academy of Milan in 1955. Luciana was one of only two women in the class. Following two years of modeling, she was offered an appearance in Three Coins in the Fountain. This was her debut.
