Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her pro card to finish her college education. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The team finished third in the contest. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in she was thrilled with her performance. Ariel was competing against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The first step is warming up and then moves on to working out. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way feasible. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
